What are you looking from raiding with UC? Please try put the following in the order of your preference (as many hours of raiding as possible, realm ranking, socializing, gearing, exploring content, hardmodes, achievements).

As many hours raiding as possible is the main reason I want to join UC aswell as exploring content and doing hardmodes. Socializing is also good but its not top of my list same with gearing I just basically want to raid as much as possible and do as much content as possible.

What is your raiding spec? Which statistics have priority on that spec and why? What is your rotation?

At the minute i am a survival spec (6/14/51).

My stat prio is hit, agi, crit, ap, stam, intel.

My rotation starts off with serpent sting for the 3% extra damage. Then i apply Black arrow for another 6% increased damage then explosive shot and multi shot. After this I spam steady until my explosive is off CD. If Lock and load procs I use explosive shot then wait a second then explosive again then again. Ofcourse during this I keep serpent sting up and use Black arrow when off cooldown. I also use rapid fire at the start of the fight.

What professions you've chosen and why? I have chosen Jewelcrafting for the Jewelcrafter's gems (34 agility) and inscription for the shoudler enchant (120ap and 15 crit). Both of these are maxed out and I also have all secondary professions maxed.

What glyphs you've chosen and why? I have chosen:

Major glyphs:
Explosive shot - +4% crit chance for explosive shot
Glyph of the Hawk - Gives the IAOTH 6% more speed for improved steady shot which fits with
Glyph of steady shot - gives 10% more damage to steady shot when serpent sting is applied.
Minor glyphs:
Revive pet - Reduces pushback suffered when casting revive pet by 100%. Can be useful if you get a chance to revive your pet.
Glyph of feign death - Reduces the CD of feign death *really important*
Glyph of mend pet - handy if needed during a boss fight when the pet dies and needs Revived

Choose a fight that you believe is the most optimal for your class and spec and explain why you made this choice.

If I had to choose a fight I would pick a fight like General Vezax. The reason for this is because for most of the fight (if split into groups) you would be standing still unless running from a Shadow crash or running to a shadow crash spot or leech life. The reason this fight is good is because even though it is hard to generate mana most of the fight can be done while standing still and this is what makes a survival hunter do more damage.

Choose a fight that you believe is the least optimal for your class and spec and explain why you made this choice.

For this I would probably choose a fight like Anub'arak simply being because you have to constantly move around and sniper training won't proc so you lose damage.

Do you have any experience on sidetasks (eg. interrupting or taunting rotation) or you would rather only focus on your main task?

Even though Anub'arak is probably the worst fight I enjoy doing the frozen orb task in that fight because I know it will be hard to generate damage.

List 3 upgrades you're looking at, and explain why you think they are crucial upgrades.

1. Death's choice - Always going to be a top upgrade for my mirror of truth because of the proc and the base ap it gives.

2. Planestalker band (heroic) - reason being is because it gives far more agility than my Ring of Invincibilty and also has a slot for another 20 agility gem.

3. Cloak of the Untamed Predator - My shawl of the shattered giant isn't bad but this would be really a big upgrade because it gives more hast, crit, agi, ap.

Which buff(s) scale better with your desired stats?

Kings, Might, Prayer Of fortitude and Arcane Intellect.
Reason for this is kings gives 10% more agility, might gives 550 more ap, Fortitude and Itellect might seem strange but surv hunters gain ap based on intellect and stam

How you get informed regarding the changes of your class?

I am constantly looking on mmo-champion and other sites like this to get information on the latest changes. I also listen to the Hunting Party Podcast.

Dual Spec data

My dual spec is a pvp spec however I am willing to spec to a second pve spec.

Do you have Dual Spec? Yes

Are you confident enough about performing on both roles well enough?

Will you be willing to swap according to what each fight asks for?

The two above questions don't apply to my pvp spec, however if I was to choose a secong pve spec (marks) I am confident I could pull out just as much dps

Are you able to provide us with any wws reports of your performance?

I am not no, however should you need to see my damage on a dummy or something like that I have no problems showing you.
Generally i get 5.5k-6k on a boss fight.

Using aimed shot in place of multi-shot since it scales with talents,

I understand why you would take the hawk eye talent though in practice not many fights in totgc require you to be out of the 35yard range when many involve bunching or spreading in a circle

The spec I linked also leads to more lock and load procs since the proc rate and cd was changed if anything your spec seems to be the out of date spec I was using back in nax

yea i have tried both specs holas and both of them are pritty much the same because of the haste you get from IAOTH the steady shot goes off quicker. Although the spec you linked is the cookie cutter and I will change to it and test it out again
